All books and services offered are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities of any product or service we offer.

3.1 Pricing

All prices are in euros (€) and include Spanish VAT. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; however, changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent a confirmation.

4. Ordering Process

By placing an order, you warrant that:

• You are of legal age and have the capacity to enter into binding contracts
• The payment information provided is true and accurate
• You are authorized to use the payment method provided

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship throughout Spain. Estimated delivery times are 24–48 business hours for standard deliveries within the peninsula. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

6. Consultancy Services

Our bibliographic consultancy service is subject to availability. Sessions must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. The price of €49 per 60-minute session is subject to change with prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is owned by Military Smart Books or its content providers and is protected by Spanish and international copyright laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

Military Smart Books shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or products.

9. Compliance with Advertising Policies

This website complies with all Google Ads and other advertising platform policies. We do not promote or sell materials related to:

• Content promoting violence or extremism
• Materials instructing on prohibited activities
• Unauthorized sensitive or controversial content
