Refund and Returns Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Spanish and EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days from the day you or a third party other than the carrier acquired possession of the goods.

2. Conditions for Returns

To exercise the right of withdrawal, books must:

Be in their original packaging
Not have been opened or used (seal intact)
Include all labels and documentation
Show no signs of use or damage

2.1 Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Books with removed seals
Customized or made-to-order products
Products that deteriorate or expire quickly
Consultancy services already provided

3. How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us unequivocally by:

You may use the withdrawal form at the end of this page, although it is not mandatory.

4. Return Process

Notification: Inform us of your decision to return the product
Confirmation: We will provide a Return Authorization Number (RMA)
Shipping: Send the product to our address within 14 days
Inspection: We will verify the product condition
Refund: We will process your refund within 14 days

5. Return Shipping Costs

Direct return costs are your responsibility, unless:

The product is defective or does not match the order
We have agreed to cover the costs in advance

Estimated return cost within Spain: €5–10.

6. Refunds

We will refund all received payments, including delivery costs (except additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer).

6.1 Refund Timing

Refunds will be processed without undue delay and within 14 calendar days from the date we are informed of your withdrawal decision.

6.2 Refund Method

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise.

7. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

Notify us within 48 hours of receipt
Provide photos of the product and packaging
Do not return the product without prior authorization

We will cover all return costs and send a replacement or full refund.

8. Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product different from the one ordered, contact us immediately. We will cover all costs of return and shipping of the correct product.

9. Consultancy Services

For bibliographic consultancy services:

Cancellations with at least 24 hours notice: no charge
Cancellations less than 24 hours: 50% fee applies
No-show: no refund

10. Warranties

All products are subject to the statutory 2-year conformity warranty according to Spanish consumer protection law.
